• Braking: Braking techniques on loose surfaces

• Cornering: Technique for fast and slow cornering

• Obstacles: Introduction to overcoming obstacles

• Descents and steps: Techniques for mastering uphill descents and steps

• Terrain: The course takes place on trails and gravel
